BHS Spring Production Receives 8 Metro Award Nominations

BHS was one of 56 high schools from Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Bergen counties that participate in the Metros. Three judges visit each school to see their musicals, and nominate schools/actors/production people in categories similar to the Oscars:

-Jack McGranaghan - Best Male Comedy Performance (J. Pierrepont Finch)
-Tucker Poux - Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Bud Frump)
-Ian Driver - Best Director
-Regina Leon - Best Musical Direction
-Best Production Number (Coffee Break)
-Best Stage Crew
-Best Graphic Design for Playbill cover - Mathena Chan and Sarah Seissler
-Best Lobby Display - Jennifer Sabin Poux and Betty Ng-Beckler

The awards show will take place June 11th at SUNY Purchase.
