Black Cow Prepares for Opening

Have you noticed anything different on Wheeler Avenue lately?

The paper that previously lined the windows of the has been removed, allowing passerbys to peek into the storefront the Dragonfly Caffe.

Owned by Michael Grant, the Black Cow will be the second shop of the same name. The first Black Cow Coffee Company shop has been a fixture in Grant's native Croton on Hudson since 1995.

With just a few finishing touches left, Grant said he hopes the shop will open for business next week.
