Briarcliff Manor Garden Club
"The Briar Patch"
Susan Zetkov-Lubin
Awwww, severe thunderstorms occurring later in the afternoon but thankfully spared the Briarcliff Manor Garden Club's Plant Sale earlier today. It was a very successful sale. Many members contributed special and rare plants from their own gardens and those plants were grabbed first!!! We also had beautiful hanging baskets, herb gift baskets, annuals, perennials, and everything was sold before closing. The Boy Scouts of America, headed by Eagle Scout Michael Feist assisted with set-up, lifting plants and clean-up, which the club greatly appreciated. And a big thank you to Dawn Orza for her time & horticultural expertise. Check out some photos of the sale.
Briarcliff Manor Garden Club will be holding a Standard Flower Show on June 6th and 7th at the Atria on the Hudson, in Ossining. Everyone is invited!!
Any questions, please call (914) 432-8529
Happy Gardening!
