Briarcliff Manor Resident Elected to VP of Worldwide Association

Briarcliff Manor resident Frederic J. Siegel, Esq. was recently elected Vice President of the USA Chapter of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). He was elected to a two-year term at the association’s recent annual meeting in Santiago, Chile.

The IAFL is a worldwide association of practicing lawyers recognized by their peers as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries. Membership is by invitation only. The IAFL was formed in 1986 to improve the practice of law and the administration of justice in divorce and family law worldwide.

Siegel is the managing partner of the ten-attorney Stamford, CT law firm of Siegel, Colin & Kaufman, P.C. He devotes his practice exclusively to family and matrimonial law. His practice concentrates on all issues associated with divorce, including child custody and support, property division and alimony. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, where he served as president of the Connecticut Chapter.
