Briarcliff Middle School Raises $900 for American Cancer Society
The school's annual holiday boutique raised funds for the organization.
Briarcliff Middle School’s annual holiday boutique raised $912 to benefit the American Cancer Society.
The event brought together students, teachers and parents in a spirited afternoon of music, refreshments and holiday gifts.Orchestra and jazz band members performed in the library, while students from various clubs served refreshments and sold handcrafted items to benefit the organization.
“This has become an annual event where our entire school community comes together for such a worthy cause,” Dr. Kusum Sinha, assistant superintendent for curriculum, instruction, assessment and human resources said in a press release. “Thank you to Ms. Yulo, Ms. Dubin and Mr. Iovino for coordinating this event.”
