MOUNT PLEASANT, NY — New York State police are seeking the public’s assistance locating the friends and family belonging to a burial urn found Tuesday.
Hikers found the urn on the Stone Bridge Trail in Rockefeller State Park and brought it to the State Police. All normal identifying information has been removed from the urn, police said.
