The experience includes a thoughtfully curated buffet featuring breakfast favorites, elevated lunch selections, and decadent desserts; a complimentary welcome mimosa for guests 21+; complimentary self-parking in the hotel’s adjacent garage; and a rose for all mothers.
Two seatings: 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

From uncovering hidden flagstone paths, to raking leaves and planting annuals. We've participated in every I Love My Parks Day with Parks &amp; Trails NY and NY State Parks since 2012! Partner groups have included the Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Mount Vernon Youth Bureau, Yale Alumni, Con Edison, Rye Neck School, Mamaroneck School, Stanford Alumni, the Rye Garden Club, Rye Sustainability Committee and many more.&nbsp;

Walking Meditation / Gentle Yoga / Sound Healing
Walk the labyrinth as a moving meditation, returning to your center with each step. Then soften into gentle yoga to release tension, open the breath, and prepare your whole being to rest into the soothing embrace of sound healing. Together, these practices invite grounding, presence, and deep restoration for body, mind, and spirit.

Walking meditation in a labyrinth helps quiet the mind, ground the body, and invite a deeper sense of presence and reflection with each step. Gentle yoga releases tension, opens the breath, and softens the body, helping you feel calm, centered, and more receptive to rest and healing. Quartz Crystal Sound Healing led by Meg Pressman
Eight Quartz Crystal Bowls, tuned to the key of C, and the frequency of 432hz, creates sound waves that produce deep calm and comforting effects that synchronize our cellular structure. These sound waves travel through structures, and space, including our bodies, bones and muscles, and continue on throughout the entire universe restoring peace and balance within.

Join Indigo Goodson-Fields on a bird outing through the Jay Estate's newly designated New York State Birding Trail! Binoculars are not needed but if you have a pair, bring them (there will be a limited amount of shared binoculars available). All ages and experience levels are welcome. 
Indigo Goodson-Fields is a writer, poet, and birder based in Brooklyn. Her forthcoming book, entitled Essential Birding is an anthology about the importance of birding in the lives of Black birders across the U.S. and will be published by OR Books in fall 2026.
