Kikkoman, in partnership with ZWILLING Cooking Studio, invites local food enthusiasts to discover big, bold flavor during this immersive, chef-driven tasting experience unlike anything we've hosted before. Explore eight interactive Flavor Lab Food Stations located throughout the ZWILLING Cooking Studio and its outdoor patio, where world-class chefs serve bold, globally inspired bites while demonstrating professional techniques. This family-friendly event offers something for every palate and is designed for guests to explore at their own pace.

The labs spotlight Chef Barnard Janssen (ZWILLING executive chef and culinary program manager), Chef Andres Valbuena, Chef Vicki Ferentinos and Chef Tayla Harper-Johnson, preparing original dishes using Kikkoman favorites—from traditionally brewed soy sauce to panko. Guests can also watch the world-class knives and cookware of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels in action, along with:
