Con Ed Adds 2 Dry Ice Pickup Locations In Westchester

Con Edison is adding two new dry ice distribution locations in Westchester. All three locations are as follows:

• Newly added: Mt Pleasant Town Hall (parking lot across the street), 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Newly added: K-mart Shopping Center, 355 Downing Drive, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• New Rochelle City Hall, 515 North Ave. New Rochelle, NY 10801, 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Safe handling and disposal instructions will be distributed in English and Spanish along with the paper bags containing the dry ice. Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide and should be used only in well-ventilated areas. Keep children and pets safely away.

Con Edison crews are making progress around the clock restoring electric service to those still affected by both winter storms. We also remind everyone to stay away from any downed wires. Your safety is our highest priority.
