Con Ed Work Will Disrupt Wheeler Avenue Monday
Crews will replace the cracked utility pole.
PLEASANTVILLE, NY — Con Edison will be replacing the utility pole in front of 53 Wheeler Ave. on Monday. Work is anticipated to start around 9 a.m. and last at least three hours.
The work will include rock drilling to create a new hole to replace the existing cracked utility pole, installing a new pole, and transferring all utilities. Con Edison will have a flagger on location near Jackson Alley.
Traffic interruptions can be expected, village officials said.
