Dance Studio To Hold Benefit For Children's Hospital

What: The 2017 Artistry Dance Project Benefit Holiday Show for Blythedale Children's Hospital. Westchester, NY dancers from the ages of 5-18 will perform three Holiday shows in honor of Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail hour, small fare and a live and silent auction. All proceeds to benefit Blythedale Children’s Hospital.

Who: Artistry Dance Project, Westchester’s premier dance studio located in Pleasantville, NY, is dedicated to the local community and is once again raising money for Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of children with complex medical illnesses and conditions, Blythedale Children’s Hospital, is one of only 19 pediatric specialty hospitals in United States.

Info: Artistry Dance Project is dedicated to the Westchester Community and is once again raising money for local charities. The 2017 ADP Holiday Show, which includes a live and silent auction, will benefit Blythedale Children's Hospital. ADP and its Company Dancers are proud and honored to be able to give back to an amazing institution that gives back so much to the children and families of the greater-Westchester area. Last year, the ADP Company Dancers raised over $40,000 for Blythedale, an amazing feat that we look to surpass this year.

Blythedale Children's Hospital provides the very best in medical, therapeutic and support services to 2,500 children and their families in the tri-state region and beyond every year. Your donation will help change the lives of children with complex medical illnesses and disabling conditions by supporting Blythedale's supberb multi-disciplinary care, teaching, research and advocacy programs.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Blythedale's Parent Transportation Program. Family members of our patients face long and costly trips to and from the Hospital in order to visit and attend meetings with the care team. Blythedale’s Parent Transportation Program removes these barriers by allotting funds for public transportation and mileage reimbursement, parent vans from the various boroughs of New York City, and taxis. This eases the families’ stress while facilitating their increased involvement with their children. Approximately 75% of our families rely on the Parent Transportation Program in some form and your support for this vital program helps them stay connected to their loved ones and participate in their care.
