Drink of the Week: Peach Long Island Iced Tea

This week, Anthony Amato, owner of in Pleasantville, divulges the recipe for a Peach Long Island Iced Tea, a flavorful spin on the classic Long Island Iced Tea.

Take a full cup of ice (Amato says ice is "a bartender's best friend") and add equal parts of:
- Vodka
- Rum
- Tequila
- Gin
- Triple Sec
- Peach Schnapps
These ingredients should fill up the glass approxinately 3/4 of the way.

Add sour mix and coke to fill up the glass. Mix and serve with fruit (optional).
"It should look like a glass of iced tea when you're done," said Amato.
