Erratic Driving in Mount Pleasant Leads to Felony DWI Charge for Croton Man
State police stopped him on the Sprain Brook Parkway.

Diego E. Guzman, 26, of Croton on Hudson, faces a felony charge of driving while intoxicated.
State police said he was arrested at about 4:19 a.m. Oct. 24.
Troopers patrolling the Sprain Brook Parkway were dispatched to an erratic vehicle complaint. The driver of the suspected vehicle, operated by Guzman, was stopped a short time after the dispatch. While Troopers interviewed Guzman, he displayed indicating factors that led police to believe he was intoxicated.
Guzman was charged with Felony DWI after investigation revealed that he was previously convicted of a DWI related offense within the last 10 years.
Guzman provided police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% and is due in Mount Pleasant Town Court Nov. 6.
