Pleasantville BOT Work Session: Notice of Meeting Proposed Residential Development -Washington Avenue

Dear Resident(s): The Village Board of Trustees cordially invites you to attend a work session to discuss various proposals submitted to the Board for fair and affordable housing opportunities on a parcel of Village-owned land that is accessible from Washington Avenue. The site under consideration consists of approximately 1.5 acres and is located directly behind the apartment complexes at 356 Washington Avenue.  For ease of reference, please see the highlighted parcel. The work session is scheduled for Monday, May 23 and will begin promptly at 7:00PM at Village Hall, 2nd floor at 80 Wheeler Avenue.
