  • Case No. 2011- 03 – Mr. and Mrs. Brian Bruder – 71 Weskora Avenue, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a new mud room addition and side porch on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”, regarding insufficient side yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
  • Case No. 2011- 04 – Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Cooper – 101 Skytop Drive, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to legalize a screen porch with roof above and construct a new family room addition over an existing garage on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”,  regarding insufficient side yard setbacks, excessive coverage and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
  • Case No. 2011- 06 – Mr. and Mrs. Matthew DeLuca – 255 Washington Avenue, Pleasantville, New York- Proposal to construct a new two story addition on-site in violation of section 185-36.B.(1) schedule I “bulk requirements”,  regarding insufficient side yard setbacks and section 185-46.C.(2) exceptions which prohibits the expansion of  a non-complying building when the expansion increases the degree of existing building non-compliance thereof
  • Discussion with Building Inspector :  General discussion with Building Inspector concerning the limitations on basketball hoops within the Village of Pleasantville and sport courts
