Prospero Winery's Saturdays in the Tasting Room will feature a 2006 Sonoma County Syrah. "Power and spice and everything nice. This spectacular wine has modest tannins and a deeply inviting aroma. Toasted dark fruits are infused with candied cherries, making this delicious full-bodied red perfect with a seasoned meat from the grill or a rich dark chocolate dessert. Best enjoyed at cellar temperature.
The syrah will be paired with mini beef sliders.
