MICHAEL SMITH WILL FORMALLY ANNOUNCE HIS CANDIDACY TO BECOME DISTRICT 3'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF LEGISLATORS AT A CAMPAIGN KICK-OFF EVENT. MR. SMITH IS RUNNING ON THE REPUBLICAN AND CONSERVATIVE PARTY LINES. DISTRICT 3 ENCOMPASSES THE TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT, NORTH CASTLE, PLEASANTVILLE, SLEEPY HOLLOW AND PART OF GREENBURGH.
