Explore the art of chocolate making and learn to make truffles. Ann McFadden, Chocolate Lab Instructor at Hershey Story Museum, will conduct a workshop exploring the art of chocolate making and comparing the chocolates of West Africa, Mexico, and Java. Then a fun, hands on experience -- you will make your own truffles and package in a ballotin for your favorite Valentine. The final touch: enjoy a wine and chocolate pairing.
