There is SO much that makes Pleasantville a delicious good time, especially this Saturday, 7/8:
- This week's market harvest is noteworthy with young yellow and green squash, crisp broccoli, raspberries, seafood and meats for the grill, and the first corn of the season!
- Pleasantville has wonderful shops, eateries, and attractions offering a pleasant place to stroll all weekend.
- And this Saturday, July 8th, the Pleasantville Music Festival is back to create a super, extra special Pleasantville kind of day!

While doing so you can enjoy two fun events planned for Saturday: Miss Debbie will visit from the Mount Pleasant Library with a read-aloud storytime (9:30-11:00), and our Music Series performance is by singer-songwriter Susan Kane, with musical guest Eric Poole (10:30 - 12:30).

Lead Sponsor Northwell Health Tip:
"Health experts have emphasized the significance of reducing sodium and increasing potassium levels in the US diet. Sodium intake can be lowered by avoiding processed foods, and by eating more fresh produce. Potassium occurs naturally in items like fresh beets and beet greens, Swiss chard, kohlrabi, mushrooms, radishes and spinach". Brought to you by Northern Westchester and Phelps, your local Northwell hospitals.

IN THE COMMUNITY:
Farm Fire
Hodgin's Harvest was with us for the 2022 season before retiring from farmers market to refocus his farm plan on the production of medicinal mushrooms. Aaron Hodgins Davis of Hodgins Harvest lost his home and mushroom growing operation in a devastating fire last week. We're sharing with our shopper and farm community that a GoFundMe was set up by his family to help him get back on his feet. If you would like to contribute the link is here.
