Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Houses. Dare to discover a dark and supernatural world of the Coven of Witches that exist in Crows Hollow as you travel a one mile theatrical hayride journey . Expose their secrets and hidden desire to achieve the power to control the Horseman.
Irving’s ‘Legend’ at Philipsburg Manor. Featuring the Headless Horseman and Ichabod Crane. Flavored with live spooky organ music Kruks spellbinding storytelling captivates all audiences. This event takes place at the Old Dutch Church, just across the street from Philipsburg Manor.
The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze at Van Cortlandt Manor. See more than 5,000 individually hand-carved, illuminated jack o lanterns in this elaborate walk-through experience. Meander through an historic, 18th-century riverside landscape and discover a breathtaking displayall made of jack o lanterns!
South Pacific at Westchester Broadway Theatre. Rodgers and Hammersteins award-winning South Pacific is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book Tales of the South Pacific by James A. Michener.
Kevin McCurdys Haunted Mansion. Now its its 38th season The Haunted Mansion takes fear to a new level. The only attraction of its kind in America that has guests participating in ways never before experienced. Its not just a haunted house anymore!
Horseman’s Hollow at Historic Hudson Valley. Taking the tale of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow to its darkest extremes, Horsemans Hollow returns for a fifth year of highly entertaining haunted mayhem, now expanded by popular demand to THIRTEEN evenings.
Fall Family Activities at Sam Bridge Nursery in Greenwich. All kinds of great stuff is going on at Sam Bridge Nursery in Greenwich. A close ride from everywhere! Hayrides, pumpkins, and LOTS MORE! Hayrides on Fridays and Saturdays to the pumpkin patch, stuff a scarecrow Saturdays between 10am and 2pm!

Harvest Festival Weekend at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Saturday October 18 and Sunday October 19, 11am 3pm.Celebrate the fall season, bring family and friends, and join us for our annual Harvest Festival Weekend. Rain or Shine.
PUMPKIN PATCH at Queens County Farm Museum. October is pumpkin month at Queens Farm. Enjoy wandering through our patch to find your perfect pumpkin. A great farm adventure for the whole family!
Spooktoberfest at Greenburgh Parks and Recreation. Perfect outdoor family Halloween event! Hayrides, face-painting, arts & crafts, musicians, clowns, jugglers and the well-know “Pirate School” & Mario the Magician” shows. Food vendors, live music! Held rain or shine!
John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean at Tarrytown Music Hall. Tony-Award nominee John Tartaglia presents a one-of-a-kind live black-light puppet show, a magical undersea adventure for kids of all ages.
POUND RIDGE HARVEST FESTIVAL 2014. The Harvest Festival is a celebration of local food and culture. With Main Street blocked to vehicles, the center of town transforms into a bazaar of food, drink and music..Rain Date: Sunday, October 19th 2 - 6 pm
Scared by the Sound. 2014 marks the 15th consecutive year of Scared by the Sound Haunted House and also our return to Historic Playland Amusement Park.
Fall Fair at New Canaan Nature Center. Celebrate fall with your kids at the New Canaan Nature Center’s annual Fall Fair! You’ll be able to decorate pumpkins, dance to live music, go on a hayride and did I mention the Kids Pie Eating Contest??
