Got Kids? Purim is Saturday Night!

When: This Saturday night from 6:00 to 7:30 pm (early enough for the littlest kids).

Where: Pleasantville Community Synagogue (Joyful Judaism!), 219 Bedford Road, Pleasantville (parking on Clark Street).

What to Expect: Silly songs, costume parade, noise-makers, three-cornered pastries, and the reading of the riveting, riotous Purim story (Megillah)!  

Who’s Invited: You! And your kids! And your friends! And their friends!

Fun Facts About Purim: Every culture has a “costume” holiday (think Mardi Gras or Halloween). Purim is the annual Jewish costume holiday, and has become a favorite of children all over the world.
