This past weekend, Briarcliff Manor Garden Club proudly presented a standard flower show at Atria on the Hudson, in Ossining. There were 99 horticultural specimens and plants represented, three different types of table designs (Exhibition Table Type II, a Functional Table for Two, a Traditional or Creative Miniature Table Design), a display of Underwater Floral Designs, Tubular Floral Designs and a Special Club Challenge: "Topiary: Abbie Zabar Inspirations".

Awards presented to winning entries were The Award of Design Excellence, The Designer's Choice Award, The Award of Horticulture Excellence, The Award of Merit, The Arboreal Award, The Grower's Choice Award, The Sweepstakes Award, The Wanda Callihan Award, The Educational Top Exhibitor Award, and The Club Challenge Award.
