This workshop explores the ways that grief affects us - including physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The program will present a viewing of the short film “Grief: What Helps When It Hurts” by the Hospice Foundation of America. The viewing will be followed by a panel and audience discussion led by Bereavement Counselors from Phelps Hospice. The panel will include members of the community sharing their own experience of coping with loss. The program is hosted by Jody Monkovic, LMSW, Social Worker, and Bess Steiger, LCSW, Bereavement Coordinator, with Phelps Hospice, Phelps Memorial Hospital Hospital Center, Sleepy Hollow, NY.  Briarcliff Manor Public Library, 1 Library Road, Briarcliff Manor NY 10510.  914-941-7072.
