Have Fun This School Year with Violin and Viola Lessons!

Rachel Alexander Private String Studio is proud to announce that registration for private violin and viola lessons for the 2015-2016 school year is still in session! Lessons are now offered on Wednesdays AND Fridays!

Private violin and/or viola lessons are held in the Ossining, NY community. Violin and viola lessons are available throughout the year. Each lesson is to be made by appointment only and is available for 30 min., 45 min., or 60 min. sessions. Trial lessons (30 minutes) are also available throughout the year by appointment. All lessons will be customized to the student’s individual needs and abilities. Lessons may include technique building exercises including scales, rhythmic exercises, etudes, shifting and music from the standard repertoire. Small chamber ensembles (duets, trios, etc.) maybe formed throughout the semester. Audition preparation for music festivals including NYSSMA, All-County and All-State is also offered. Recitals and performance opportunities will also be made available throughout the year.
