Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester Hosts 'In Celebration 2015'

Hospice & Palliative Care of Westchester (HPCW) invites members of the community to its 23rd annual “In Celebration” Gala Cocktail Reception to support The Anna & Louis H. Shereff Caregiver and Complementary Care Programs. Proceeds from the event benefit HPCW’s mission to provide extraordinary and dignified comfort, care and compassion to individuals and families facing a serious or life-limiting illness.The evening will feature culinary delights, an open bar, entertainment and a raffle. The event will honor Dr. Sheldon Alter (WESTMed Medical Group), the Lee Family & Lee’s Funeral Home, L.L.C and Connie A. Raffa, J.D., LL.M. (Partner, Arent Fox LLP) with a special tribute to Anna L.
