It Takes A Village: Pleasantville Police Blotter

One of the police calls last week involved two adults looking out for kids.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — Pleasantville police received a call Dec. 10 from a resident of Romer Avenue.

He told police three students from Bedford Road School were at his home because they had been approached and spoken to by a strange man on Bedford Road.

Police investigated and found the truck the boys had described and its driver.

He told them that he spoke to the boys only because they had been fighting near the road and he was concerned for their safety.
