James Damato, Formerly of Pleasantville, 50

James Damato, of Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton NY, formerly of Ossining and Pleasantville, died on May 2, 2013. He was 50-years-old.

Mr. Damato worked as a designer and woodworker. He was self-employed; owning James DAmato Design Works Inc.

He was born August 20, 1962 in Bronxville, NY to Lorraine and Ralph DAmato.

He is survived by his sister Lori DAmato of Ossining, NY, his brother Raphael Damato of Santa Fe, NM, as well as two nephews, Thomas and Maxwell Gustin. 

There will be a Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. May 16 at
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Northern Westchester, 236 S. Bedford Rd., Mt. Kisco NY 10549.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by John G. Crawford, Funeral Director.
