Kitchen Fire Injures Two
Firefighters used a thermal imaging camera to make sure the fire had not snuck behind the walls.
BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NY — Two women received minor burns in a kitchen fire on Willow Drive Wednesday.
The fire itself was suppressed by the first responder on the scene, Briarcliff Manor Police Sgt. Billy Bassett, who is also a member of BMFD Scarborough Engine Company and who used his dry chem fire extinguisher.
