UPDATE | No Power: BHS Postpones “How to Succeed in Business"

More info about the postponement of this weekend's shows

BRIARCLIFF MANOR, NY — Briarcliff school officials have postponed the high school's musical performances scheduled for this weekend. Here's the statement:

Due to a continued power outage at Briarcliff High School from fallen power lines on Pleasantville Road, the BHS performances of How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying, scheduled for tonight, Saturday, March 3rd at 7.30pm and tomorrow, Sunday, March 4th at 2.30pm, are postponed until next weekend.
In light of Friday and Saturday's forced cancellation, we have decided to move all three performances originally scheduled for this weekend to next weekend - Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Existing tickets will be honor at next weekend's performances: for example, if you booked tickets for Friday, March 2, they will be accepted at the show on Friday, March 9.
An email from the BHS Musical Production Team with further information will be sent to all ticket holders. The box office will reopen early next week, and they will respond to any requests for the exchange of tickets. Please bear in mind that this is not a professional box office, our parent volunteers are handling all ticket sales.
Please stay tuned for further school related information to follow. At this point, we do not have a firm estimate as to when power will be restored to the MS/HS campus. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing everyone at next weekend's performances.
Very Sincerely,
James Kaishian Superintendent of Schools
