The Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla is celebrating its Family Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit's 30th anniversary.
The hospital welcomed back past patients to the hospital lawn, where there were bounce castles, a clown, opportunities to take pictures, face painting and more.
Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center is the only neonatal intensive care unit in the Hudson Valley and Fairfield County at Level IV, the highest level. The hospital receives transfers from community hospitals from around the region, and cares for the area’s smallest and sickest newborns
