Tomorrow, as the Pleasantville Farmers Market takes a break between its indoor and outdoor seasons, come meet friends, neighbors, and many Village organizations at the one and only Pleasantville Day, right in the heart of Pleasantville, at Memorial Plaza.

Next Saturday May 24th, Memorial Plaza will
again be abuzz with community, gathering for the
Pleasantville Farmers Market Opening Day,
ushering in the Market's 17th outdoor season.

Market Interns and volunteers will be on hand to help shoppers find vendors, to help kids find the "Little Sprouts" Kick Off event of Marco the Magician, to set up Le Nozze di Carlo to kick off a new season of Market music performances, and to assist Market Nutritionist Marina Stopler as she introduces another series of "Let's Talk" events at our Culinary Tent. How do we power such volunteer effort? Pleasantville spirit and Aba's fresh falafels are of course a big part of the recipe...
