Market FULL of Options!
Place preorders from our vendors Tues, 7:00pm – Thurs, 7:00pm. Then walk up Saturday, 9 – 11:30am to gather preorders and shop further

The Market starts the winter season with an inspiring harvest of produce, apples, cheeses, meats, and more. By now some stored Gajeski Produce items are near the end of the supply (get your Brussels sprout fix while you can). And Maple View Farm is out for one more week. So where does that leave us?
Stay inspired! The Market remains full of great foods. Here's a summary to back that statement up a bit:
Fruit & Produce: Mead Orchards still offers 15(!) varieties of apples (with bulk deals of mixed eating or baking apples too). Gajeski Produce has fresh winter-grown arugula, spinach, kale, mesclun mix, scallions, cilantro, parsley, thyme and rosemary - and stored varieties of onions and potatoes. Visiting Rock City Mushrooms offers Lion's Mane, shitake and oyster options (as well as turkey items). Proteins: The Market's well stocked in seafood, shellfish, beef, pork, chicken, duck, turkey, goat and lamb - offered as ground, cuts or in prepared items such as sausages. Cheeses: This week offerings of fresh cheeses, hard cheeses and other dairy items are available from Edgwick Farm and Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse. Flavor! Spice Revolution is ready with spice variations and spice mixes - they're really our 911 call to get out of A menu doldrum - just ask for help! Wintertime Self Care: Visiting Dancing Spirits Herbs has winter necessities such as oxymel and lip balm (in addition to their diverse sweet and savory vinegars). Bakery Items: You've four sourdough bagel options from Orwasher's Bakery, and wheat-free bagels from Red Barn Bakery. Bobolink has multiple types of baguettes and ciabattas. Sandwich breads and rolls are in the Market to help weekday lunches get a good start. Or try a special lunch with a Knot of This World savory, stuffed pretzel. Producers such as Pika's Farm Table, Red Barn Bakery, Dutch Desserts and Strudel House have more options for your sweet tooth than one person can explore by spring. Prepared Foods: If you tire in the kitchen, Pika's, Red Barn, Trotta Foods, and Bombay Chutney Company all have prepared delicious meals that are easy to reheat and serve. Need some fun in the drinks department? Teagevity offers pre-bottled cold brew coffee, hibiscus based teas, chaga and more, as well as dry black, green and herbal tea options. Mead has regular and sparkling non-alcoholic cider. Edenesque offers straight and flavored nut or oat milks. Edgwick has fresh chocolate and white goat milk. And this week Manor Sangria and Merchant's Daughter Ciderworks have their well-crafted items available. More and more! Don't overlook Bombay's chutneys and simmer sauces, Hudson River Apiaries honey, Trotta's sauces and pastas, Conant Valley Jams items, and The Peanut Principle's endlessly creative nut or peanut butters.

Phelps Health Tip:

Sodium intake can be lowered by avoiding highly processed foods, and by eating more produce. Potassium occurs naturally in items like potatoes and spinach"
