Mary Lobien, of Pleasantville, Passes Away at 91

Mary Lobien passed peacefully in her sleep on the morning of September 15, 2011.

Mary was born to John and Georgiana McGurk in Newark, N.J. on March 23, 1920 and lived in Pleasantville for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband Chester, sisters Margaret and Georgiana, and brother John. She is survived by her children Georgieanna and Alan, her grandchildren Michelle and Brent, her daughter-in-law Christine, her son-in-law Richard Scheuerman, her niece Margaretann Smith and her nephew James Smith.

The family will receive friends at the Beecher Funeral Home in Pleasantville on Saturday from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Interment will be at Locust Grove Cemetery in Quakertown, NJ.
