Wright's Farm will be making their first visit of the season this Saturday and next week Dobler Farms returns to complete our roster of regional growers. Brought to you by Northern Westchester and Phelps, your local Northwell hospitals.

VENDOR HIGHLIGHTS
Both Woven Stars Farm and Hilly Acres Farm are ready with meats for your grill! Andy of Hilly Acres highlights, "Since this is the official start of the summer grilling season, we have a large assortment of pork sausages, and beef steaks (porterhouse, t-bone, rib-eye, sirloin). If you're having a large crowd, try grilling a london broil as an average 2lb London broil will feed 4-5 people -- it's the best bang for your buck!" Both farms also have poultry parts too.
Spice Revolution is on theme too, featuring three NEW grilling and BBQ spices: Sichuan BBQ (spicy & rich), Lemongrass Griller (salt free, bright & floral), and Sweet Southern BBQ (sweet & smoky).
Returning Wright's Farm says they will be all about RHUBARB: fresh rhubarb, rhubarb syrup, rhubarb jam and rhubarb pie!
Puras Paletas is back with their yummy ice pops. Get your pops home still frozen: buy a Puras Paletas insulated bag!
Edgwick Farm has two seasonal pairings this week with their fresh goat cheese. One is strawberry rhubarb jam layered under the cheese. And now that green garlic is finally being harvested, the other one is a pesto made from the organic green garlic (using sunflowers seeds so nut allergies are not triggered) and layered under the cheese. Take your pick -- sweet or savory -- or try both!
Dancing Spirits Herbs will be in for her May visit on Saturday with a unique line of vinegars and balms. Herbalist Clare is highlighting that she has a new lip balm formula that is fantastic!
Gajeski Produce has plenty of asparagus, rhubarb, and snap peas this week. Brian Gajeski will also begin to carry his own annuals and other potted items from his greenhouse, helping to fill the void left by Simply Planted's retirement.
Demi Olive Oil is in and they're highlighting that in addition to their normal smaller bottles, the big 1500ml bottles are back.
Claudia Kenny of Little Seed Gardens is highlighting that she has a good supply of Little Gems lettuces. She says, "I am especially loving Alison Romans' recipe. I served it three times this week to delight miscellaneous dinner company."
River Valley Community Grains is in with heirloom varieties of corn for popping, cornmeal, corn flour, and varieties of oats, rye and wheat, all grown using regenerative agriculture methods.
Tivoli Mushrooms has blue oyster, lions mane, cremini and portobello mushrooms and a set of interesting wild edibles too.
SallyeAnder is in with their line of balms and beautiful soaps.
Bohemian Baked has their line of wheat-free cookies, cinnamon buns, croissants, breads, and more this week.
Bombay Chutney Company will be in with authentic chutneys, simmer sauces, and frozen meals like samosas, kofta, saag, Rajma, Chana Masala and Dal Tadka.
Maple View Farm has its first fresh beets of the season. Also enjoy sweet baby carrots, head lettuce, escarole, green garlic, arugula, baby bok choy, kale mix, lettuce mix, spinach, and pea shoots.
Celebrate the unofficial start of summer and sip some Merchant’s Daughter Hard Cider this weekend -- goes great with BBQ and the poolside! Stop by the Market for 20% off a 750ml Semi Dry bottle!
