UPDATE: Due to intensifying weather forecasts, Briarcliff Schools will be dismissing early. MS/HS at 11:30 AM & Todd Elementary at 12:15 PM. Tonight’s Basketball Championships have been rescheduled to Sunday - VGS at 12PM and VBB at 2PM. A Decision about the musical will be at 3PM.
The 'bomb cyclone' nor'easter pounding the tri-state area Friday has caused lots of school districts to change schedules. Pleasantville schools will dismiss at 11:30 AM.
As of 6:46 a.m., Briarcliff schools were open, but the district posted a notice:
