Nutrition in the Edible Garden

Ms. Neumeister's morning health classes had their sessions in the Edible Garden tuesday morning and learned about the nutritional value of Carrots, Kale and Quinoa. They feasted on homemade carrot cake, kale and quinoa salad and banana bread .
Several students also participated in digging holes to plant garlic and flower bulbs .
