Pay It Forward. Thornwood's Women's Only Gym Wants to Nominate a Lucky Lady!

A Lucky Lady at Ladimax Do you know a woman who deserves a healthier life?

Does she take care of everyone but herself? 
Has she fallen off the exercise wagon or has never started? 
Then here is your opportunity to pay it forward by nominating her for 'Ladimax Lucky Lady' award. Nominee must: 
  • Reside locally (within 2 mile radius) 
  • Have 30 or more pounds of fat to lose
  • Willing to commit to a minimum of 2x/week
Once selected, the Ladimax Lucky Lady will receive a 3-month membership, 3 monthly assessments, 4 training sessions a month, and have her success updates in Ladimax newsletter.
