People's Caucus Reports Briarcliff Election Results

Their candidates ran unopposed.

The People’s Caucus of Briarcliff Manor is a non-partisan civic organization which encourages candidates to seek local elected office. Anyone resident in the Village of Briarcliff Manor who is eligible to vote in a general election is automatically a member of the Caucus, regardless of any political party affiliation.

The Caucus candidates for Mayor, Lori A. Sullivan and Village Trustee, incumbent, Mark L. Wilson and first time nominee Bryan Zirman were each elected to a two year term commencing on April 1, 2015. A total of 150 voters turned out with 142 machine votes and 8 absentee ballots cast for the Caucus candidates. Trustee Zirman received 148 votes, Trustee Wilson received 141 votes and Mayor Sullivan received 138 votes.

The Executive Committee thanks the candidates for their efforts and all of the members of the Caucus that cast their ballots in the uncontested election.
