VENDOR HIGHLIGHTS

If you're celebrating Purim, consider making Hamantaschen with Conant Valley's jams and marmalades which make a flavorful filling for these pastries. Recipe available at Conant's booth.

Maple View Farms is back with leaf and shoot mix, microgreens, spinach and more. Along with with Gajeski Produce (which added Spicy Lettuce mix this week), we'll have a nice showing of winter-grown greens in PFM-O. Preorder yours tonight.

Teagevity has their popular drinks, bottled to go. You either can preorder loose tea (2oz. kraft bags), roasted coffee beans (8oz. kraft bags) OR choose from 16oz. bottles of favorites such as BeanLuv Cold Brew and Tea 2go teas including Hibiscus Pineapple, Blood Orange & Hibiscus, Strawberry Fields, Ginger Root, Elderberry and Chaga.

Orwasher's Bakery has freshly baked, artisanal breads and pastries available for preorder every week. Browse PFM-O so you are aware of all their items. That way you won't overlook rosemary focaccia, or pan challah, walnut raisin or any other pleasure for your week.

Spice Revolution is featuring their favorite tart spice: Sumac! Use with soup, lentils, chicken, fish, root veggies and more. Also, this week they'll also offer a chunky chocolate chip cookie made with Keegan Ales Mothers Milk Stout Beer, Organic rolled oats, Organic sliced almonds, and Italian dark & milk chocolate chunks. It’s their most satisfying cookie yet.

Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse is highlighting they've begun creating their Irish Soda Bread made with Champlain Valley Mill's Organic Unbleached All Purpose Wheat Flour and the buttermilk that results from Bobolink's production of their 100% grass-fed cultured butter. Currants, baking soda, and salt round out the ingredients - simple is best! Each loaf weighs 1.25 lbs before baking. Slice it and freeze to extend the deliciousness, and remember to pick up Bobolink cultured butter to spread on your soda bread!

Need an easy evening in the kitchen? Trotta Foods has dinner all set. Browse their many prepared meal options in PFM-O. (Note: They offer vegetarian options such as Trotta Foods Veggie Lasagna, Eggplant Parm, Manicotti & Stuffed Shells Parm).

Both Warwick Valley Vineyards & Distillery, and Manor Sangria will be in Saturday. Please check each out in PFM-O to explore their unique items.

Check the pantry - do you have enough excellent EVOO? Demi Olive Oil will be in for their March visit this Saturday.

Someday soon you'll want to grill. Bombay Chutney Company recommends you select one of their chutneys which are terrific with meats and veggie on the grill. Until the weather allows grilling, seek out Bombay's simmer sauces to add flavor to your meals.

Mead Orchards offers for preorder 15 varieties of crisp apples for fresh eating and baking including popular Honeycrisp, Cameo, Mutzu, Pink Lady and more. This week they added Galarina apples as well.

Reserve Your Pretzel! Knot of This World Pretzels brings to market a variety of fresh baked traditional and stuffed pretzels, but their wider offering is accessed by preorder. Look through their offerings this week and preorder to guarantee you get just what you want.
