The Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce honored its business person of the year this week.

Karen Cammann, manger of Mahopac National Bank in Pleasantville was voted by chamber members for the distinction and was celebrated Wednesday at McArthur's American Grille.

According to the Chamber of Commerce website, Cammann also manages Mahopac National Bank's Kendal-on-the-Hudson branch and has worked in banking for 35 years.

She also gives back to the community by working at the Yorktown Food Pantry and Elmsford Food Bank; as well as volunteering through the Pleasantville Rotary Club and Maria Fareri Children Hospital at Westchester Medical Center's Change Bandit fundraiser.
