Pleasantville Court: Woman Accused of Assault Appears; White Plains Man Has Drug Charge Pending

Assault Charge Dropped to Harassment, Defendant Pleads Guilty
Vincenzo Lodato, 49, was arrested on July 26, 2010 and charged with Assault in the Second Degree.

During the Dec. 28, 2010 court session, Lodato, a Pleasantville resident, was offered a reduced charge of Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation.
On Tuesday, Lodato pled guilty to the reduced charge and was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge, two-year order of protection in favor of the complainant and a mandatory $125 surcharge.

Accused Burglar Remains Incarcerated on Separate Drug Charge
Christopher Meehan, 32, is charged with Burglary in the Second Degree and Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, resulting from a Dec. 1, 2010 arrest.
The White Plains man is currently incarcerated in county jail due to a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. His bail is set at $10,000.
Meehan appeared in handcuffs in Pleasantville Court on Tuesday, where he acknowledged he had new counsel.
Meehan's new attorney requested a month-long adjournment to discuss the possibility of an SCI felony hearing, but Assistant District Attorney Michael Borrelli objected.
The matter was put over until February 22 at the defendant's request.
Attorney Assigned in Assault Case
Stephanie Arnold, 29, of Yorktown Heights, was arrested on Feb. 4 and subsequently charged with Assault in the Third Degree.
Arnold was arrested after her in which another female was taken to the hospital with facial injuries.
On Tuesday, she was assigned counsel and the matter was put over until March 8.
Harassment Case Adjourned Again
After two weeks ago the same day of his arrest, Dwayne Brugger, 47, of Pleasantville, was present in Pleasantville Court on Tuesday.
He is charged with Harassment in the Second Degree.
On Tuesday, Brugger was assigned counsel and the matter was adjourned until March 8.
