Pleasantville Man Charged with DWI in Mount Pleasant
State police were on the Sprain Brook Parkway looking for a car being driven erratically.
On Feb. 8, the New York State Police arrested Joseph A. Chiodi, 51, of Pleasantville, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched by 911 to investigate a report of an erratic vehicle traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway. The driver of the erratic vehicle, identified as Chiodi, was found to be intoxicated.
Chiodi was processed without incident and issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on Feb. 26.
