Pleasantville's Culture Scene Receives Countywide Recognition

It's already one of the —and now the Village of Pleasantville has been recognized for its diverse cultural offerings.

Westchester Magazine's Dave Donelson wrote about the village's hot spots, including the , and the  (slated for July 14 of this year) as examples of it being the "Best Place for Culture Lovers" in the county.

"It's a small village, but some of the biggest names in media can be found there chatting, schmoozing and even performing for friends and neighbors as well as paying guests," he wrote.

Donelson also mentioned the 's theater offerings and the recent  at the bookstore (which later evolved into a ).
