Pleasantville's Palladino a Rookie of the Week

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y.- Freshman Jenny Palladino (Pleasantville, N.Y./Byram Hills) was named Northeast-10 Conference Diver and Rookie of the Week after an outstanding first collegiate meet over the weekend at the Rutgers Invitational.
Palladino shined in her first competition of her college career as she set the school record in the 3-meter diving event with a score of 264.50, finishing in third place. Her score was a half of a point shy of the NCAA automatic qualifying mark for championships.

The Setters are back in action with their first home meet of the season as they will host Manhattan College at the Goldstein Fitness Center at 3 pm.
