Police: Pleasantville Man Pushed Ex-Wife, Violated Protective Order
The reported incident happened at a church in Connecticut, police said.

A Pleasantville, N.Y. man was arrested in New Canaan, CT after he allegedly pushed his ex-wife and violated a protective order, according to police.
A woman came to the police department on May 10 to report the incident. She said that her ex-husband, Vito Luciano, 42, got into an argument with her at Saint Aloysius Roman Catholic Church earlier in the day and that he pushed her when the two walked outside.
She didn’t fall and wasn’t injured by the push, police said.

Luciano has a standing protective order which orders him not to assault, harass or follow his ex-wife, police said.
Police obtained an arrest warrant that charges him with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

He posted a $75,000 bond.
