The Board of Trustees of the Village of Pleasantville will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 8:00pm in person at Village Hall located at 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, New York 10570 and via Zoom Meeting ID 82545840181, Password 253232 to hear comments on Introductory Local Law 3 of 2022 concerning seasonal limitations on fuel-powered motorized leaf blowers from May 15th to October 1st each year. Comments may also be submitted to leafblowers@pleasantville-ny.gov. A proposed local law was introduced on April 25, 2022 to amend Chapter 123 Section 3, Chapter 123 Section 5 Subsection L and create Chapter 123 Section 5.1 of the Code of the Village of Pleasantville.
