Ramp Closure from Route 9A South to Saw Mill River Parkway Southbound Expected
The maintenance activities will be performed weather permitting.
MOUNT PLEASANT, NY — Motorists are advised that entrance ramp from Route 9A southbound to the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway is expected to be closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, while crews perform maintenance activities, weather permitting, the state Department of Transportation said.

Drivers are asked to use caution when traveling through the work zone area and pay particular attention to all traffic control devices, including signs and flaggers.

Motorists are reminded that fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. In accordance with the Work Zone Safety Act of 2005, convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
