Saw Mill River Parkway Closures Coming up

It's part of the ongoing work in Pleasantville.

PLEASANTVILLE, NY — Beginning Monday and ending the morning of May 20, construction activities are expected to result in overnight closures of the Saw Mill River Parkway between Exit 27 and Exit 30 (weather permitting). Crews will be doing final milling and paving operations. The southbound portion will reopen at 6 a.m. the following morning and the northbound portion will reopen at 7 a.m. the following morning.

The detour will be via Marble Avenue and Grant Street. This is the same detour route used at various times during the 2016 construction season.

Here's how the timing will work each night: the left lane in both northbound and southbound directions between Marble Avenue and Grant Street is anticipated to close at 8 p.m. each evening. Half-an-hour later, full closure of this portion of the northbound and southbound Parkway is then expected to begin.
