Scherer, Wagner, Stargiotti, Curley: Pleasantville Village Election Uncontested Tomorrow

The polls open at noon tomorrow at 80 Wheeler Ave. for Pleasantville residents to vote on a mayor, two trustees and a village justice.

The mayor and trustees serve 3-year terms.

The candidates are unopposed.

Mayor Peter Scherer and Trustee Colleen Griffin Wagner seek re-election. Local attorney Joseph Stargiotti, who was elected once before in 2006, seeks to return to the village board.

The Hon.John J. Curley is on the ballot for another 4-year term.
