The following is from New York State Police and does not indicate convictions.

A Middletown, NY, man was scheduled to appear in Town of Mount Pleasant Court today after police issued a warrant for his alleged felony crime, New York State Police reported.
State Troopers reported yesterday performing a traffic stop on Route 9D in Fishkill after Officer Michael Ramirez reportedly noticed a driver not wearing a seatbelt.
"He then initiated a vehicle and traffic stop and upon stopping the vehicle, a check of the registration revealed that the plates were registered to a different vehicle," according to a NYSP statement.

The officer also checked the vehicle and reported finding "a hypodermic needle in the passenger side door pocket and discovered an Apple iPad covered with a jacket. The iPad contained an inscription with a name and phone number."
The trooper called the phone number on the iPad jacket and spoke with a Fishkill woman who said her home was burglarized in December and her iPad and other items had been stolen.
Both James and the driver, 32-year-old Alfred Consiglio, were arrested. Consiglio is charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree and Possession of a Hypodermic Incident. He was arraigned in the Town of Fishkill Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $1,000 cash bail. He was also due in court there today.
Shaun C. James, 28, has been charged with Attempted Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a felony, by Town of Mount Pleasant Police.
According to Westchester County Jail records, James remains incarcerated in Valhalla without bail.
